The RV got an oil change when we
got to Fairbanks, today it was time to do laundry and vacuum the inside of the
RV. That taken care of it was off to
North Pole to visit Santa and his reindeer.
As we were leaving the campground we stopped to check out a Bald eagle
that had perched himself in a tree a couple of sites from where we are camped.
We arrived at North Pole and stepped into
Christmas in July. After shopping a bit
we headed back to town. No sooner got on
the road and we passed a flatbed loaded with what looked like the Clampet
truck. Downtown Fairbanks was pretty
quiet so we returned to the RV for dinner and a movie.
