Today was just a short trip down the Alaska Highway to
Glennallen. We left Tok and headed down one
of the bumpiest rides of the trip. The
rest of the crew said it was because I was driving. I think it was mostly the frost heaves in the
road. We went over one especially good
one that sent Linda and Tammy hurtling towards the ceiling. We had bought a bag
of potatoes earlier and they went flying out of the cupboard. Hey, we needed some excitement for such a
short drive. A few miles before
Glennallen we stopped to take a couple pictures of the Copper River valley. Two mountains in the background were Drum Mt. and Sanford Mt.
